No Refund Policy for Custom Items

At Bardown, we take pride in creating unique, custom-made products tailored to each customer's specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our items, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Exceptions

Refunds or replacements may only be provided in the following cases:

• The item arrives damaged or defective (must be reported within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence).
• There is an error on our part that differs from the agreed-upon customization details.
